Our company provides the following services for Owners:

· Monthly accounting statements

· Rent proceeds are disbursed on the 10th of each month after rents have been collected.

· End of year reporting including production of Form 1099 for taxes

· Regular visual exterior inspection of properties to ensure investment is being  properly maintained.

· Properties are advertised via the internet through various search engines as well as MLS for the area.

· Tenant background checks 

· All repairs and maintenance are done by outside vendors and we solicit bids and get advance approval before       having any major repair work done.
