Karen Rizner graduated from TheUniversity of Texas at San Antonio and received her real estate license in1995.  Early in her career she was employed with two different commercial property management companies and then moved into Human Resources and Accounting before returning to a full time real estate career.  She is currently the managing member of Vantage Real Estate Group, LLC, a full service real estate brokerage that represents buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords and provides residential and commercial property management services.  

Karen currently is a member of the Texas Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.

Karen moved to Seguin, Texas in 2002 and loves the small town atmosphere that Seguin provides.  She is excited by the recent growth Seguin has begun experiencing and expects that growth to continue as more companies and people begin to realize what Seguin has to offer.

Patsy has had a real estate license since 1984. She spent the early years of her career marketing property in Lake McQueeney, Texas. Lake McQueeney is a part of the Guadalupe River which is used for recreational purposes such as skiing, fishing and boating. Patsy is very excited to again be working in a small community deriving its investment opportunities and recreational pleasures from a the body of water called the "Laguna Madre" . She has owned a rental since 1998 and moved to Port Mansfield to live on a permanent basis in January of 2001.

I grew up in Seguin, Texas and have lived here most of my life.  It is a very friendly and warm community and I have deep ties here.  It is always better to have a relationship with a realtor who knows the area in which you are looking.  I know the area, history, people, the problems and advantages of living in this small town we all love so much.
